We have worked in the Norfolk property industry since 1998. Therefore, we understand the importance of quality service that can be relied upon. In addition to this, we know that it is paramount to work with tenants and communicate well throughout all of our processes.
our Inventory Clerks will create an inventory with detailed descriptions of each room, between 175 and 200 photographs, and checking smoke/carbon monoxide alarms. This report can be signed electrically by tenants and we will ensure this is done if we are conducting the check-in.
We can carry out mid-term inspections at your requested intervals, where our Inventory Clerks will visit the property and produce a detailed report with 75-100 photographs and recommendations on essential and recommended maintenance.
When conducting a check-out, our Inventory Clerks will compare the property's condition with an original inventory and details/photograph any differences. Then they will be sent in a full report again.
